The Consular Section of the Embassy is open during Embassy working hours.  All counter services will be by pre-approved appointments only.  You may request for an appointment slot using the online form here: https://calendly.com/singpnhemb/appt.

 

All Singaporeans residing in Cambodia are encouraged to register with the Embassy. This is to enable the Embassy to stay in touch with Singaporeans and provide assistance in times of emergency. The registration will also facilitate dissemination of information on events organised by the Embassy. Registration may be done via eRegister here.

Visa Applications

 

Foreigners who wish to apply for visa to travel to Singapore are advised to take note of the Embassy's visa operating hours as follows:

 

Mondays to Fridays             08:30 hrs to 12:00 hrs (Application)

                                                14:30 hrs to 16:30 hrs (Collection)

 

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Notary Services

 

The Embassy provides notary services for official documents to be used in Singapore.  Depending on the type of service, a fee may be charged.  You may request for an appointment slot using the online form here: https://calendly.com/singpnhemb/appt.  You are required to bring along your passport or identity card as proof of identity.
