Overseas Singaporeans can use SingPass Mobile to access government digital services. OneKey token will be discontinued due to low usage of the token combined with availability of alternative two-factor authentication (2FA) methods.

From 8 June 2020, travellers coming to the UK are required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival, subject to spot-checks at the declared accommodation or residence. Travellers who do not have accommodation to self-isolate would be put up at a government-facility at their own expense. Please see official UK Government announcement and border-control update.

The Electronic Arrival Card (Beta) is an e-Service provided by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Singapore to facilitate the electronic submission of arrival information and trip details by foreign visitors. The Electronic Arrival Card (Beta) will eventually replace the paper-based disembarkation/embarkation (D/E) card that foreign visitors are currently required to submit on arrival.
From 20 May 19, Singaporeans are eligible to use eGates at 15 air and rail ports in the UK for quicker automated immigration clearance into the UK. However, not everyone should use the eGates.
