TRAVELLING TO CAMBODIA

Cambodia has imposed the following entry restrictions:

  • Suspension of visa exemption policy for ASEAN nationals, tourist visas [Note: tourists will no longer be issued visas] and e-visas. Singaporeans will thus no longer enjoy visa-free entry and must apply for a visa to travel to Cambodia.

  • All foreign nationals wishing to travel to Cambodia, including Singaporeans, must:

1. Obtain a visa from Cambodian Embassies abroad;

2. Present a medical certificate certifying a negative COVID-19 test not longer than 72 hours prior to departure by a recognised authority in his/her home country. A hardcopy of the negative test result and accompanying lab report is required. Please ensure that the clinic stamps and doctor’s signatures are on the hardcopy document;

3. Undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine at your own expense:

  • Travellers can opt to complete their quarantine at Sokha Phnom Penh, Courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh, Raffles Hotel Le Royal or Sofitel Phnom Penh.  Reservations for your quarantine should be arranged directly with the hotel at least three days before your departure for Cambodia, and payment is to be made directly to the hotel.  The booking confirmation must be shown to the authorities upon arrival. There is no need to make another deposit upon arrival;

  • Otherwise, travellers will complete their quarantine in designated hotels set by the Cambodian Ministry of Health, and make a deposit of US$2,000 deposit, from which costs for the quarantine, COVID-19 tests, and any COVID-19 related treatment will be deducted.

4. Purchase US$90 COVID-19 medical insurance from Forte Insurance (https://www.forteinsurance.com).

5. Undergo COVID-19 tests at the airport upon arrival and on the 13th day of quarantine
