CONSULAR NOTICE - TRAVEL TO INDONESIA (UPDATED)

 

With effect from 6 April 2022, Singapore passport holders can enjoy “Visa Exemption for Leisure Purpose” (valid for 30 days without option to extend) and “Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose” (valid for 30 days with option to extend for an additional maximum period of 30 days) at the permitted immigration checkpoints (see Annex). Travellers must fulfil the following requirements:

 

a. Using a passport that is valid for at least 6 months;

 

b. A return ticket or a one-way ticket to another country;

 

c. Proof of payment (IDR 500, 000) for “Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose”; and

 

d. Proof of ownership of health insurance.

 

We encourage Singaporeans in Indonesia and those intending to travel to Indonesia to e-Register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at https://eregister.mfa.gov.sg, if they have yet to do so.

(1) Airport Immigration Checkpoints:

(a) Soekarno Hatta in DKI Jakarta;

(b) Ngurah Rai in Bali;

(c) Kualanamu in North Sumatra;

(d) Juanda in East Java;

(e) Hasanuddin in South Sulawesi;

(f) Sam Ratulangi in North Sulawesi; and

(g) Yogyakarta in DI Yogyakarta.

 

(2) Seaport Immigration Checkpoints:

(a) Nongsa Maritime Terminal in the Riau Archipelago;

(b) Batam Center in the Riau Archipelago;

(c) Sekupang in the Riau Archipelago;

(d) Citra Tri Tunas in the Riau Archipelago;

(e) Marina Teluk Senimba in the Riau Archipelago;

(f) Bandar Bentan Telani Lagoi in the Riau Archipelago;

(g) Bandar Seri Udana Lobam in the Riau Archipelago; and

(h) Sri Bintan Pura in the Riau Archipelago.

 

(3) Cross-border Post Immigration Checkpoints:

(a) Entikong in West Kalimantan;

(b) Aruk in West Kalimantan;

(c) Mota'in in East Nusa Tenggara; and

(d) Tunon Taka in North Kalimantan.
