EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – PROVISION OF CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE HIGH COMMISSIONER’S RESIDENCE AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to participate in this expression of interest exercise for the provision of contractor services for the renovation of the High Commissioner’s Residence at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
Interested vendors who wish to participate should provide the personnel details (name, IC no., handphone no. and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copied to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg to register for the collection of the tender documents.
Any enquiries regarding the EOI, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Wednesday, 08 November 2023 at 1700hrs.
Interested vendors shall submit their bids to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
a. the reference number and title of the EOI;
b. the closing date and time of the EOI; and
c. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.
The sealed bids should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Friday, 10 November 2023, 1500 hrs.
The opening date of the EOI is Monday, 16 October 2023, closing date for this EOI is Friday, 10 November 2023, 1500 hrs. The mode of publication for the Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
