INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) - PROVISION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to tender for the provision for the maintenance of mechanical and electrical services at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
There will be a mandatory site briefing/visit on Wednesday, 29 December 2021 at 1400hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide a list of personnel with their Name, IC No, Handphone No. and their Vehicle number to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copy to Yvonne_lee@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site briefing/visit. The original ITT documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, only one representative (must be fully vaccinated) from each company will be allowed to participate in the site visit.
Any enquiries regarding the ITT, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to Yvonne_lee@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Wednesday, 26 January 2022 at 1700hrs.
Interested vendors shall submit their tender to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
a. the reference number and title of the ITT;
b. the closing date and time of the ITT; and
c. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.
The sealed tender should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Friday, 28 January 2022, 1500 hrs.
The opening date of the ITT is Wednesday, 22 December 2021, closing date for this ITT is Friday, 28 January 2022, 1500 hrs. The mode of publication for the Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
