INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - PROVISION OF MONITORING OF INCLINOMETERS AND TILTMETERS AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS COMMENCING FROM 1 OCTOBER 2021 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2023, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ANOTHER TWO (2) YEARS FROM 1 OCTOBER 2023 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to quote for the provision of monitoring of inclinometers and tiltmeters at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam for a period of two (2) years commencing from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2023, with an option to extend for another two (2) years from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2025.
There will be a mandatory virtual zoom briefing on Monday, 23 August 2021 in the morning at 1000hrs and a mandatory site visit in the afternoon at 1430hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide a list of personnel to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg to register for the virtual zoom briefing session and the physical site visit and to request a copy of the ITQ documents. The originalITQ documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who did not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, only a maximum of two representatives from each company will be allowed to participate in the site visit.
Any enquiries regarding the ITQ, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to Yvonne_lee@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Wednesday, 25 August 2021 at 1700hrs.
Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
a. the reference number and title of the ITQ;
b. the closing date and time of the ITQ and;
c. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.
The sealed quotation should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Monday, 30 August 2021, 1600 hrs.
The opening date of the ITQ is Tuesday, 17 March 2021, closing date for this ITQ is Monday, 30 April 2021, 1600 hrs. The mode of publication for the Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
