SHC/ITQ 01-2021 - Invitation to Quote for the provision and installation of an outdoor condenser unit at the Singapore High Commission
The Singapore High Commission would like to invite quotations for the provision and installation of an outdoor condenser unit at 17 Kabul Street, Khandallah, Wellington.
2 Interested parties are kindly requested to contact the High Commission at Singhc_WLG@mfa.sg to request for the quotation documents and specification requirements. The quotation period opens from Tuesday, 21 September 2021.
3 All quotations must be submitted via email to wellington_procurement@mfa.sg (please do not include other email addresses) and should reach the High Commission no later than Thursday, 30 September 2021 at 10am (NZST). Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
4 Please note that the High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
5 The Award Notice will be displayed at the Consular section of the High Commission.
