APEC SCHOLARSHIP 2003-2004
1. Nanyang Technological University has established an APEC Education Hub in the area of Business Studies and is offering a number of APEC Scholarships to outstanding candidates from the following APEC member economies to pursue a full-time MBA programme at this University:
Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, People's Republic of China, Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, United States of America, Vietnam
2. The value of each scholarship includes a monthly stipend of S$1,400; a book allowance of S$500.00; tuition fee; health insurance; examination fee; registration fee; computer fee; cost of travel between Singapore and home country on award of the scholarship; and other approved fees, allowances and expenses.
3. Applicants should have : (a) an excellent academic record; (b) a very good command of the English language; (c) at least 2 years of working experience; (d) an acceptable GMAT score; (e) been admitted or will be admitted to the MBA programme (Admission is only in Trimester 1, commencing in July 2003).
4. Citizens and permanent residents of Singapore are not eligible to apply.
