Malaysian Restricted Passport, if you were issued with one
A Letter addressed to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) stating: -Your SPR / REP had expired, indicate the expiration date -Your request for a letter stating that you are no longer a PR of Singapore -Include your complete contact details, address, phone and office numbers and email address for ease of communication
Any other relevant documents issued to you by the Singapore Government agencies such as ICA, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower, etc.
Renunciation of Permanent Resident Status application form (for male minor applicants only, please request the form from the Embassy)
Sponsor's Acknowledgement Letter (for male minor applicants only, please request the form from the Embassy)

Notes
Processing time is approximately 8 to 10 weeks from the date of receipt of the complete application package as all renunciation applications are processed by ICA.
When the renunciation process is finalized, a letter of acknowledgement to confirm your renunciation will be issued to you through the Singapore Embassy.
