INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE 01-2024
The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Quote for the replacement of air-conditioning system at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
Please contact Mr. Zahari Husani at +856 21-353939 or email: singemb_vte@mfa.sg for enquiries to register for the site briefing and request for the ITQ Documents. The site briefing will be held on Wednesday, 6 March 2024 at 10.00 am (Vientiane Time). Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 5 March 2024, 4.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.
Please submit your ITQ proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to ITQ will close on Tuesday, 19 March 2024, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Late submission will be disqualified.
The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.
The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
