INVITATION TO TENDER – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE 04-2023
The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Tender for the Provision of non-comprehensive maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR for a period of 2 years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026, with the option to extend for a further 2 years from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028.

The Tender briefing will be held on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at 2.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Registration to attend the Tender briefing must be made before 28 November 2023, 12 noon (Vientiane Time). Please take note that attendance to the Tender briefing is COMPULSORY.
Please submit your Tender proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to Tender will close on Wednesday, 27 December 2023, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Time). Late submission will be disqualified.
The submitted Tender proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Tender.
The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
