INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. PC03-2022
The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to quote for the Provision of landscaping services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
Please contact Mr. Zahari Husani at +856 20-353939, email: singemb_vte@mfa.sg to register for the site briefing and request for the ITQ Documents. The site briefing will be held on Thursday, 27 October 2022 at 11.00 am (Vientiane Time) at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane. Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 26 October 2022, 12.00 noon (Vientiane Time). Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.
Please submit your ITQ proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to Quote will close on Thursday, 10 November 2022 at 3.00pm (Vientiane Time). Late submission will be disqualified.
The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.
The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
