To: Interested Vendors Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Cleaning Services for the Singapore Trade Office in Taipei ITQ Ref. No.: TPE/Q01/2022 The Singapore Trade Office in Taipei (hereinafter called “the Office”) invites interested vendors to submit a Quotation for the provision of cleaning services for office premises for one (1) year with effect from 1 July 2022, with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis for two (2) additional years until 30 June 2025. Interested vendors may email the Office at Taipei_Procurement@mfa.sg to request the set of procurement specifications. The office will also hold a site inspection at 4 pm on Monday, 9 May 2022. Please email Taipei_Procurement@mfa.sg by 5.30pm, 6 May 2022 to register your interest.
Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office (address as stated above) and addressed to Ms Wong Siew Han, Senior Assistant Trade Representative (Administrative and Consular). The Invitation to Quote will close on Monday, 16 May 2022 at 1200 hrs. Only Quotations submitted before the closing date and time will be considered. The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will subsequently be displayed on the Office’s Bulletin Board.
