Subject: Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Freight Forwarding Services

The Singapore Trade Office in Taipei (hereinafter called "the Office") invites interested freight forwarding companies to submit a quotation for the provision of freight forwarding services (i.e. door-to-door shipment, insurance and storage of personal effects services) from Taipei to Singapore. The service would be required some time in mid-April 2015.
Interested companies may email the Office at Taipei_procurement@sgmfa.gov.sg to request for a set of procurement specifications.
The Invitation to Quote will close on 11 February 2015 at 5.00 pm.
The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will subsequently be displayed on the Office's Bulletin Board.
