Invitation to Quote for Provision of Furniture for the Singapore Trade Office in Taipei

The Singapore Trade Office in Taipei (hereinafter called “the Office”) invites interested furniture companies to submit a Quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Furniture for an apartment in Taipei City.
Interested furniture companies may email the Office at Taipei_procurement@sgmfa.gov.sg to request for the set of procurement specifications. Hardcopies of the procurement specifications can also be collected directly from our Office at 9F, No.85, Jen Ai Road Section 4, Daan District, Taipei City.
Briefing Session
The Office will conduct one mandatory Briefing Session for all interested suppliers to explain the interior design concept and provide details on furniture specifications. All interested suppliers are required to register their participation with the Office by Thursday, 25 September 2014. Details of the Briefing Session are as follows:

Time: 11.00 am - 12.30 pm
Venue: 9F, No. 85, Jen Ai Road Section 4, Daan District, Taipei City
The Invitation to Quote will close at 5.00 pm on Thursday, 9 October 2014.
The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will subsequently be displayed on the Office’s Bulletin Board.
