A Certificate of Clearance (COC) is issued by the Criminal Investigation Department to certify that a person has no criminal conviction within a stipulated period of time of residence in Singapore. The Singapore Trade Office is not authorized to issue such certificates.
Application submission and payment can be done through the SPF eServices website. Non-Singapore citizens (including Singapore Permanent Residents) are advised to submit an appeal at the eService webpage for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
