Attestation of Due Execution

The Trade Office will only attest to the signature of documents to be used in Singapore such as (but not limited to):

1. Affidavit
2. Statutory Declaration
3. Power of Attorney
4. Property Deed
5. Bank Mortgage
6. Central Provident Fund (CPF) withdrawal form

Important notes for attestation:

Attestation must be done in person. If you are unable to do so, you may wish to check with your legal counsel for other options, such as approaching your local Notary Public.

You must present your original proof of identification mentioned in the document for attestation. 

We do not provide attestation for wills.
