Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE)

Dear fellow Singaporeans,

We would like to alert you that with a valid Singpass account and password, you can help your Chinese spouses, friends and business associates apply for e-visas online. Apart from saving you a trip down to our premises, online applications have a faster processing time and there is no need to submit hard copies of supporting documents unless requested by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

For more details, you can visit ICA's website at www.ica.gov.sg, look under 'eServices & Forms' and select 'Entry Visa' to access the Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) system. Should you encounter problems with SAVE, please email ica_save_helpdesk@ica.gov.sg or call Tel: +65-63916100 for assistance.

Once the visa application has been approved, you can print the e-visa (a one-page A4-sized piece of document) from your own printer based on the "Application Reference Number" and "Applicant's Travel Document Number". The visa applicant should then bring the e-visa and his/her passport (which should have at least six months' validity) for flight check-in and immigration clearance.

With best wishes,
