DIFFERENT MODALITIES OF OVERSEAS VOTING AVAILABLE FOR OVERSEAS SINGAPOREANS

Singaporeans residing overseas can apply to vote in Singapore Elections either by post or at one of the 10 overseas polling stations, but not both.
 
Should you need to change your mode of voting from postal voting to in-person voting at one of the 10 overseas polling stations, or vice versa, you must do so by the 2nd day after Writ of Election is issued.
 
The Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai will be an overseas polling station.
