INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF FRENCH LANGUAGE IMMERSION COURSES FOR ONE OFFICER

The school is to provide French language training for one Ministry of Foreign Affairs Officer. The student has existing CEFR B1 proficiency in French. The minimum proficiency in French required for the student by the end of the training period is summarised in the table below. All training activities must take place in France.

Table 1: Minimum Proficiency Requirements

Student

Full CEFR C1 Proficiency in French

within 14 weeks (17 July 2023 and 20 October 2023) through either:

420 hours of Fully Group Classes;
420 hours of a combination of Group and Private/Individual classes; or
350 hours of Fully Private/Individual Classes.

Notes:

Within the specified duration, at least five (5) hours of lessons are to be conducted daily, five (5) days a week.
Dates listed are subject to change.

3 All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Friday, 2 June 2023 at 17h00 local time (CET).
