You are invited to submit your offer for the fabrication and supply of five made-to-measure carpets for the Official Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
2 Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.
3 The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a site visit at the Official Residence – 3 rue de l’Amiral d’Estaing, 75116 Paris on 9 September 2022, 2pm (CET). Bidders who wish to attend may register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg.
4 All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Friday, 23 September 2022 at 17h00 local time (CET).
5 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
6 This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
