INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE IMMERSION COURSES FOR TWO OFFICERS FROM THE SINGAPORE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Paris, 7 June 2021

Reference: SINGEMBPAR/ITQ/006/2021

You are invited to submit your offer for the French language immersion for two officers from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the following schedules:

1. Officer A from 16 August 2021 to 8 October 2021. This officer has a current proficiency of Basic CEFR A1 proficiency and is expected for attain at least Intermediate CEFR B1 proficiency at the end of the language training.

    

2. Officer B from 23 August 2021 to 10 December 2021. This officer has a current proficiency of Basic CEFR A2 in French and is expected to attain at least Advanced CEFR C1 proficiency in French at the end of the language training.

The training should take place in France in a face-to-face physical setting but may be conducted online if physical classes are not possible. You may submit your offer for one or both officers.

2        The documents for the Invitation To Quote are attached. Please contact Ms Foo Jia Hui, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at 01 56 79 68 08 or foo_jia_hui@mfa.gov.sg to enquire about any aspect of this ITQ.

3        All offers shall be submitted by e-mail to paris_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui from the Singapore Mission in Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the quotation is Friday, 18 June 2021 at 17h00 local time (CET).

4        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

5        This invitation to quote and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
