INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE IMMERSION COURSES FOR ONE OFFICER FROM THE SINGAPORE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The school is to provide French language training for one Ministry of Foreign Affairs Officer from 10 May 2021 to 02 July 2021 for Period 1 and/or from 05 July 2021 to 22 October 2021 for Period 2. The officer is expected to attain at least CEFR A2 proficiency in French language at the end of Period 1 (10 May 2021 to 02 July 2021) and at least CEFR C1 proficiency in French language at the end of Period 2 (05 July 2021 to 22 October 2021). The training should take place in a face-to-face physical setting but may be conducted online if physical classes are not possible.

3 All offers shall be submitted by e-mail to paris_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui from the Singapore Mission in Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the quotation is Friday, 2 April at 17h00 local time (CET).
4 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
5 This invitation to quote and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
