You were invited to tender for the French language immersion for an officer from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 20 January 2020 to 8 May 2020. The officer is a complete beginner and is expected to attain at least Intermediate CEFR B2 proficiency in French Language by the end of the training.
2 Pursuant to section 25 of the Instructions to Suppliers, we hereby wish to inform you of the following corrigendum:
· The Government hereby informs the Suppliers that there are two changes in the requirement specifications and the Annex A attached, which suppliers are required to complete. The changes in requirements are listed – Suppliers are required to state:
o Whether they are able to provide make up lessons should the officer be unable to attend due to unforeseen reasons; and
o Whether the assessment of the officer will include all four components of speaking, writing, reading and listening.
· Consequently, the “Closing Date” has been changed to 11 October 2019 at 17h00 (CET).
3 All other terms of the documents which constitute integral components of this Invitation to Quote (which have been duly forwarded to you) remain the same. Please submit your revised documents to paris_procurement@mfa.sg

You are invited to submit your offer for the French language immersion for an officer from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 20 January 2020 to 8 May 2020. The officer is a complete beginner and is expected to attain at least Intermediate CEFR B2 proficiency in French Language by the end of the training.
2 The documents for the Invitation To Quote are attached. Please contact Ms Foo Jia Hui, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at 01 56 79 68 08 or foo_jia_hui@mfa.gov.sg to enquire about any aspect of this ITQ.
3 All offers shall be submitted by e-mail to paris_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui from the Singapore Mission in Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the quotation is Friday, 4 October at 17h00 local time (CET).
4 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
5 This invitation to quote and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
