Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Renovation Works for the Apartments at Manhattan Place and The Horizon

Interested parties are invited to submit tender proposals for the provision of major renovation works for the apartments at Manhattan Place and The Horizon.

Interested tenderers must contact Mr Alvin Tay/Mr Adrian Chan and may e-mail to New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg with copy to alvin_tay@mfa.gov.sg and adrian_chan@mfa.gov.sg for more information.

A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 5 August 2022 at 2.30pm for the apartments at Manhattan Place and The Horizon. Interested tenderers should contact Ms Iris Buhay via email: iris_buhay@mfa.sg Tel: 212-826-0840 ext 102 to register for the briefing and obtain a set of the tender documents listed.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “Renovation works for the apartments at Manhattan Place and The Horizon”.

The ITT will close on 26 August 2022 at 5.00 pm (New York time).

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
