Exhibition and Joint Stamp Issue Unveiling Ceremony in Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Russia and Singapore

The Singapore Embassy in Moscow and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs co-organised an Exhibition and Joint Stamp Issue Unveiling Ceremony in Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Russia and Singapore at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 22 May 2018.  The Exhibition displayed documents and photographs of milestones in the bilateral relationship.  Senior Minister of State (Trade and Industry) Dr Koh Poh Koon and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister H.E. Igor Morgulov delivered welcome remarks to open the exhibition and unveiled the Joint Stamp Issue.  In his speech, Dr Koh mentioned that in the course of 50 years since 1 June 1968, a strong foundation has been laid for the broad-based and mutually beneficial cooperation that Russia and Singapore now enjoy.  He expressed confidence that with mutual commitment, bilateral relations between Russia and Singapore would scale new heights.
