INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICE AT THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JEDDAH AND RESIDENCE OF CONSUL-GENERAL

 

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, Jeddah would like to invite vendors to participate in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the Provision Of Cleaning Service at The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Jeddah and Residence of the Consul-General.

2         This ITQ contains the following:

  1. Covering Letter;
  2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers;
  3. Conditions of Contract;
  4. Requirement Specifications;
  5. Guidelines for Quotation; and
  6. Evaluation Criteria.

Please contact the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah for a copy of the abovementioned ITQ documents.

  Evaluation Criteria

5 Quotation submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria

  a) Price Competitiveness - 50%
b) Compliance with Specifications - 30%
c) Track Record - 20%

Terms and Conditions

6 The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole, or any part of the offer.

7 All costs or expenses related to preparing the Quotation will be borne by the respective vendors.

8 All information supplied to vendors by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

9 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in the requirements listed in the annexes.

10 The submitted offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the abovementioned closing date and time.
