Invitation to Tender - Purchase of Official Vehicle

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JEDDAH

  The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, Jeddah would like to invite tenderers to bid for the purchase of an official vehicle.

2 You are required to contact Consulate-General to obtain a copy of the following before you submit your quotation:

1. Covering Letter
2. Instruction to Tenderers
3. Form of Tender
4. Conditions of Contract
5. Requirement Specifications

 Closing Date and Mode of Submission

3 Your offer must be submitted via hardcopy in a sealed envelope addressed to Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular) Farhan Hamid.  The closing date for the tender is 9 November 2020 at 3:30pm. The hardcopy documents must be delivered personally to the Consulate-General at the following address:

Evaluation Criteria

5 Your quotation will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

a) Price (50%)
b) Vehicle Specifications (20%)
c) Quality of After Sales Service (20%)
d) Innovation (10%)

Terms and Conditions

1.      The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of the offer.
2.      All cost or expenses related to preparing the bid will be borne by you.
3.      All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 6 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in annexes.

7 The submitted offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the date of submission.
