Invitation to Quote - Gardening Services

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF GARDENING SERVICES AT THE CONSUL-GENERAL’s RESIDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JEDDAH

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, Jeddah would like to invite quotations to supply 1 professional gardener and 1 experienced supervisor to carry out gardening services contract at the Consul-General’s Residence. The contract period is for 1 year commencing 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021.

2          You shall be deemed to have read this letter and fully understood the contents of the attached Annexes A through F, which constitute integral components of the invitation to quote and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein. You are required to contact Consulate-General to obtain a copy of the following before you submit your quotation:

 

  1. Covering Letter
  2. Instruction to Quote
  3. Conditions of Contract
  4. Requirement Specifications
  5. Guidelines for Quotation; and
  6. Evaluation Criteria

Closing Date and Mode of Submission

3          Your offer must be submitted via hardcopy in a sealed envelope with the title “Quotation for Gardening Services at the Consul-General’s Residence of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah”. The closing date for the tender is 12 May 2020 at 2.00pm. The hardcopy documents must be delivered personally to the Consulate-General at the following address:

Evaluation Criteria

5          Your quotation will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

a) Price Competitiveness (50%)
b) Compliance with Specifications (20%)
c) Track Record (20%)
d) Innovativeness (in terms of Adoption of Technology) 10%

Terms and Conditions

  1.      The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of the offer.
  2.      All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.
  3.      All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

9         The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in annexes.

10        The submitted offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the date of submission.
