INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN HONG KONG

 

            The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong would like to invite you to quote for the purchase of vehicle for the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong.

 

2          You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein. You are required to write in to the Consulate to obtain a copy of the following before you submit your quotation:

  (a)       Annex “A”    -           Schedule of Requirements

                        (b)       Annex “B”     -           Conditions of Contract*

 

Note: The Consulate is amenable to consider the terms & conditions proposed by your company in your quotation, should it differ from the Consulate’s Annex B Conditions of Contract.

           

3          Your quotation shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General and addressed to Ms Constance Ngiam.  Please indicate the subject as “Purchase of Vehicle by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong.  All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 29 March 2019Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

4          Any enquiries regarding the invitation may be made to Ms Constance Ngiam or Ms Michelle Koh at (852) 2527 2212.

 

5          Your quotation will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

 

(a)       Compliance with Specifications (50%)

(b)       Price Competitiveness (30%)

(c)       Track Record (20%)

 

6          The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, or the whole or any part of any offer.

 

7          All cost or expenses related to preparing the offer will be borne by you.

 

8          All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

9          The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and requirements listed in Annex.

 

10        The submitted offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the date of submission.
