INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN HONG KONG FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR (1 JUNE 2016 TO 31 MAY 2017) WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ANOTHER YEAR (1 JUNE 2017 TO 31 MAY 2018)

 

 

1)     Specifications

 

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong SAR would like to invite you to tender for the provision of security guard services at our premises for a period of one year (1 June 2016 to 31 May 2017) with an option to extend another year (1 June 2017 to 31 May 2018).  Interested vendors should contact Ms Ivy Chan, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular) or Ms Liew Pei Shan, Attaché (Admin & Consular) at tel no. 2865 9608 or hong_kong_procurement@mfa.sg for a copy of the requirement specifications and conditions of contract

 

 

2)     Closing Date

 

Please submit your tender using sealed envelopes to the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong at 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty Centre Tower 1, Unit 901-2.  Tender submissions by email are not allowed.  All submissions should reach the Consulate no later than 12:00 pm on 28 April 2016.  Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

 

3)     Validity of Tender

 

The submitted tender must be valid for a period of 90 days from date of submission.

 

 

4)     Evaluation Criteria

 

Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.  They are ranked in order of importance.

5)     Award Tender

 

The acceptance and award of tender will be at the sole discretion of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong SAR and it will be posted on our website.  The Consulate does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender, or the whole or any part of any offer. 

 

 

6)     Others

a)     All cost of expenses related to preparing the tender will be borne by you.

b)     All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
