The Consulate hosted a briefing cum farewell gathering for a group of 30 students from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) heading to Singapore tertiary institutions for summer exchange programmes.  DCG Chng Tze Chia provided a detailed presentation on work and life in Singapore, and took questions from the students on issues as varied as visa requirements, accommodation, weather, recreation as well as job prospects.  The CUHK students will be spending between two to three months at the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and the Singapore Management University.
