A person can apply for a Certificate of Clearance (COC) through the Singapore Police Force (SPF) to certify that the named person has no criminal record within the stipulated period of time in Singapore.
Please note that all COC applications are to be made online at SPF’s eService.
Singapore Citizens who applied for COC using SingPass will not be required to submit fingerprints impression.
Non-Singapore Citizens who applied for COC and are residing overseas will receive a notification to have your fingerprints impression recorded at an authorised institution in your country of residence (such as police stations or notary public).
Please note that applicants should mail the original fingerprints impression along with their COC application receipt to the COC office at:
