Invitation to Tender for the Provision of 2-year Security Manpower Services Contract for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Hanoi and the Official Residence of the Singapore Ambassador from 10 May 2018 to 9 May 2020.

 

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite tenders for the Provision of 2-year Security Manpower Services Contract for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Hanoi and the Official Residence of the Singapore Ambassador from 10 May 2018 to 9 May 2020.

Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the tender documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

 

2. Closing Date

The tender opening period will be from 7 February to 16 March 2018.  A compulsory site briefing will be conducted for interested tenderers on 12 February 2018 at 1500 hrs.

All interested parties must submit their sealed tender proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi and addressed to the Government of the Republic of Singapore; Attention: Mr Tay Lai Huat, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) latest by 1500 hrs (GMT +7) on 16 March 2018. Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

3. Validity of Tender

The submitted tender proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

5. Award of Tender
