Invitation to Quote for the Health Insurance Coverage Plan for Staff at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

 

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for Health Insurance Coverage Plan for Staff at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

The contract period is for 1 year from 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 04 3848 9168 or email: 
ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule). Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. If the company profile file is too large to be emailed, it can be mailed to the Embassy instead. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

 

 2. Closing Date

 

The quotation opening period will be from 1 February 2016 0900 hrs to 16 February 2016 1700 hrs.

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tay Lai Huat latest by 5.00pm on Tuesday, 16 February 2016. Late submissions will be disqualified.

  

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

  

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

 5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
