The Vietnam – Singapore Training Centre (VSTC) will be hosting a five-day Intermediate Course on Strategic Tourism Development from 4 March to 8 March 2013 in Hanoi. The course, conducted by Mr Bernice Wilson from Temasek Polytechnic, is sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the framework of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI).
2 This training course is designed to provide participants with a framework for the successful development and implementation of strategic tourism products via capability development in the Events, Spa and Wellness, Resorts and Heritage tourism sectors. It provides participants with an overview of the methods to identify and manage tourism development to ensure long-term viability and sustainability.
3 The course will be attended by officials from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and tourism sectors of different cities and provinces such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Hue, Danang, Lam Dong and Ho Chi Minh City.
