Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Internet Leased Lines at the Singapore Consulate-General in Chennai
The Singapore Consulate-General in Chennai cordially invites interested vendors to submit offers for two (2) internet leased lines for a period of three (3) years from 07 October 2020 to 06 October 2023.

A mandatory quotation briefing will be conducted on Tuesday, 01 September 2020, at 1500 hrs at the following address:

Interested vendors should register their participation in the mandatory quotation briefing by completing Annex C5 and sending the completed copy to chennai_procurement@mfa.sg by 31 August 2020, 1700 hrs. A maximum of two representatives are allowed to attend the briefing.
Vendors shall submit their quotations no later than Friday, 04 September 2020 at 1700 hrs in sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, 17A, North Boag Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017 Tamil Nadu, addressed to Mr Poon Chien Wei, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular).
The quotation bid offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria and weightage assigned:
