INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON SECURITY SYSTEMS AT THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION AND RESIDENCE FOR TWO YEARS
You are invited to quote for the provision of preventive maintenance on security systems at the Singapore High Commission and Residence for a period of two years.
2 Interested vendors are to email Ms Esther Lau at esther_lau@mfa.gov.sg for a copy of the ITQ documents.
3 Interested vendors must attend a site visit to the premises on Friday, 27 May 2022, at 1030 hours (AEST), in order to participate in this ITQ. Please email your interest to Ms Esther Lau at esther_lau@mfa.gov.sg
4 The completed tables of costs/information, Quotation proposal and submission of mandatory documents and information should be emailed to:

The closing date and time for the Quotation submission is Friday, 10 June 2022 at 1700 hours (AEST). Late submissions will be disqualified.
5 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation. All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party. The submitted Quotation proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Quotation.
