INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF A) GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, B) PROPERTY INSURANCE FOR THE SINGAPORE CHANCERY AND SINGAPORE RESIDENCE, AND C) WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE, 1 JANUARY 2021 TO 31 DECEMBER 2021
You are invited to quote for the provision of a) General Liability insurance, b) Property insurance for the Singapore chancery and Singapore residence, and c) Worker’s Compensation insurance for a period of one year from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
2 Interested vendors are to email Ms Chong Yah Fong at chong_yah_fong@mfa.gov.sg to indicate your interest and request for a copy of the ITQ documents.
3 The quotation/proposal (soft-copy) should be emailed to:

The closing date and time for the Quotation submission is Monday, 14 December 2020 at 1700 hours (AEST). Late submissions will be disqualified.
4 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation. All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party. The submitted Quotation proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Quotation.
