(ITQ-2019-002) INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISON OF LEGAL ADVICE TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN CANBERRA, ON CONTRACT/PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS
You are invited to quote for the provision of legal advice on 11 contract/procurement-related documents for the Singapore High Commission (the “High Commission”).
2 If you are interested to submit a proposal, please indicate your interest by reply to this email. The ITQ documentation and 11 contract/procurement-related documents will be sent to you. You are reminded to maintain confidentiality on the contents of these documents.
3 Please submit the completed table of costs and proposal by email by Friday, 12 July 2019, no later than 5pm (AEST). Please indicate the title of your proposal as “ITQ-2019-002: INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISON OF LEGAL ADVICE TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN CANBERRA, ON CONTRACT/PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS”, and send it via email only to Canberra_procurement@mfa.sg (do not include any other recipients).
4 Any response/proposal submitted to this office after the stipulated date and time, from whatever causes arising, will not be considered. Please also note this office will not review your proposal until after close of quotation period at 5pm, on 12 July 2019.
5 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation/proposal.
