1 You are invited to respond with a quotation proposal for the above Invitation to Quote.
2 If you are interested, please contact Mas Atikah Ju, at mas_atikah_ju@mfa.gov.sg to indicate your interest. She will then send you the ITQ documentation.
3 Please submit your quotation/proposal by Friday, 27 July 2018, not later than 5pm, Canberra time. Please indicate the title of the quotation/proposal as ITQ-2018-001 and send it in a sealed envelope by post or by hand to the Singapore High Commission office address at 17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla, ACT 2600 (Attn: Mas Atikah Ju, Attache).
4 Any response/proposal submitted to us after the stipulated date and time, from whatever causes arising, will not be considered.
5 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation/proposal.
