The Singapore Embassy provides notarial services in connection with the legalisation of documents covering transactions between parties in two or more countries.
The notarial services include legalisation and authentication of documents, attestation and certification of signatures and stamps.

Legalisation of Singapore documents to be used in China
With effect from 20 January 2021, legalisation of documents in Singapore will be performed by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

Attestation of Signatures
For documents which require your signature in the presence of a Consular Officer, please bring along your original passport/NRIC for verification of identity. The Embassy will refuse to process documents that are already signed but not in the presence of the Consular officer.
