The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CABLE TELEVISION (CATV) SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS FROM 15 JANUARY 2020 TO 14 JANUARY 2023.
新加坡驻华大使馆现邀请各供应商为新加坡驻华大使馆收费电视系统/装置维护与保养订购服务合同期限为三年，2020年01月15日至2023年01月14日。
1. Interested companies may contact Ms Alice Woon (云小姐) at 65321115 Ext 146 or Mr Yu Zhen (于震) at 65321115 Ext 138 to register for the Quotation.
2. A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on 17 October 2019 at 1000 hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing, No. 1 Xiu Shui Bei Jie, Jian Guo Men Wai, Chaoyang District. Invitation to Quote documents will be issued during the site briefing.
3. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
a. Price (65%)
b. Compliance with specifications (25%)
c. Company track record (10%)
4. The quotation opening period will be until 23 October 2019 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.
5. All quotations must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating “PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CABLE TELEVISION (CATV) SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS FROM 15 JANUARY 2020 TO 14 JANUARY 2023.”
6. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
