A Certificate of Clearance (COC) is issued by the Singapore Police Force (SPF) to certify that a person has no criminal conviction within a stipulated amount of time in Singapore. The Embassy is not authorised to issue COCs.
Please refer to SPF’s website (https://eservices1.police.gov.sg/phub/eservices/landingpage/apply-pay-for-coc) for the necessary procedure to apply for a COC.
