INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF TURKISH LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN ANKARA

 

                     The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore (“Embassy”) in Ankara, Republic of Türkiye, would like to invite established and reputable Turkish Language training providers to participate in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) procurement opportunity to provide Turkish language training for two officers and their spouses from the Embassy.

 

Quotation Opening Period

 

2                   This ITQ is opened from 21 July 2022 (Thursday) at 2pm (Türkiye time) and closes on 2 August 2022 (Tuesday) at 4pm (Türkiye time), whereby this period is known as the Quotation Opening Period.

 

Quotation Documents

 

3                   Interested vendors may write to the Embassy at email ankara_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the detailed requirements and documents related to this ITQ within the Quotation Opening Period. Please indicate your email subject as “[ANK-ITQ-2022-03] Provision of Turkish language training for the Singapore Embassy”.

 

Submission

 

4                   All submissions, in line with the requirements, must be submitted to the Embassy via email only to ankara_procurement@mfa.sg by 2 August 2022 (Tuesday) at 4pm (Türkiye time). Any submission received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. Other modes of submission will also not be accepted.
