INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD AT SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN XIAMEN
The Singapore Consulate-General in Xiamen would like to invite interested vendors to submit a quotation for the provision of security guard at our premises for a period of one year from 5 July 2023 to 4 July 2024, with an option to extend for another year from 5 July 2024 to 4 July 2025.
2 Interested vendors are to email Ms Rachel Chiang at Rachel_Chiang@mfa.gov.sg for a copy of the ITQ documents. Any enquires related to this invitation may also be directed to Ms Rachel Chiang via email.
3 Interested vendors may arrange with Ms Rachel Chiang at Rachel_Chiang@mfa.gov.sg or (0592) 268 4691 for a site visit to our premises.
4 The quotation and supporting documents should be emailed to:

5 The closing date and time for the quotation submission is Friday, 19 May 2023 at 12noon local time. Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
6 The Singapore Consulate-General in Xiamen will publish the award notice on its bulletin board.
