The above exercise was carried out from 1 November to 6 December 2023 for the Supply and Delivery of One Multi-Purpose Vehicle to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE TO THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBIC OF SINGAPORE IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA [REFERENCE: FOR000ETT23000066]
The Singapore Embassy hereby invites tenders for the supply and delivery of a multi-purpose vehicle for official use by the Embassy in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Tender.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

3 Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore by email to Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg as stipulated in the 'Instructions to Tenderers'. The Closing Date for the tender is 6 December 2023, 1200 hours (Saudi Arabian Standard time).
4 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Tender Submission will be borne by you.
5 All information supplied to you by the Embassy, either in writing or orally shall be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
6 The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the Tender documents.
7 Your Tender offer should remain valid for acceptance for a period of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.
8 All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:
