REPAIR OF ONE (1) OFFICIAL VEHICLE OF THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

 

            The Singapore Embassy in Riyadh hereby invites quotations for provision of the above services for repair of one (1) official vehicle of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh.

 

2          You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood this letter and the following documents, which constitute integral components of this Invitation, and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein:

 

  • Covering Letter,
  • Instructions to Potential Suppliers,
  • Conditions of Contract,
  • Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria; and
  • Form of Agreement (to be signed upon Award)

 

3          Interested parties are to contact Mr Michael Lim at +966 55 267-7035 or email: Michael_lim@mfa.gov.sg to request for the Quotation documents (Covering Letter, Instructions to Potential Suppliers, Conditions of Contract, Requirement Specifications & Evaluation Criteria and Form of Agreement).

 

4          Your Quotation Offer shall be submitted to the following email address: Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Quotation for Repair of One (1) Sedan Vehicle of The Embassy of The Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”. The Quotation Opening period shall be from 9 September 2021, 0800h to 20 September 2021, 1200h. All quotation offers should be received at the stipulated email address not later than 20 September 2021, at 1200h (Arabian Standard Time). Late submissions will be disqualified.

 

5          All costs or expenses related to preparing your Quotation Offer will be borne by you.

 

6          All information supplied to you by the Embassy, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 

7          The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the attached documents. The Embassy also does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.

 

8          Your Quotation Offer should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.

 

9          All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

10          The Award Notice will be published in due course on the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at www.mfa.gov.sg/riyadh and bulletin board at the Embassy.
