To All Vendors of Arabic Language Training
INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF ARABIC LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
The Embassy hereby invites quotations for provision of the above service for a Diplomatic Officer of the Singapore Foreign Service and his spouse during the period 18 Aug 2019 to 30 Jan 2020.
The officer and his spouse may commence their classes together but she may complete the course earlier. At the end of the course, the officer is expected to attain at least an Intermediate CEFR B2 Proficiency while his spouse will achieve at least Basic Conversational proficiency.
2 Interested vendor may bid for provision of the service by completing an Annex which can be obtained by calling the undersigned at the Singapore Embassy. Completed annex is to be submitted to the address below in a sealed envelope marked “For Arabic Language course”:

Please note that the Embassy is opened for bid submission from 0800 hrs on 26 June to 1800 hrs on 4 July 2019 (at least 7 working days). Any bids received after the above period will not be considered.
